Q: Who do I contact if I haven't received my order?
When you place an order, our shopping cart will email you a confirmation of the order, and if you are ordering eBooks, the download links to your eBooks will be included on the confirmation. Sometimes we've found that an email address was inadventantly entered incorrectly. Please double-check your email address on your order. Other times our confirmation email may be erroneously identitfied as spam and gets filtered out to your junk folder, or even your ISP's junk folder.
