- Does the author consistently use the same spelling of characters' names throughout the manuscript?
- Are there any continuity errors?
- Are there obvious errors within text quoted from other sources?
- Does author's manuscript contain excerpts from other sources for which they may wish to consider obtaining permission to quote?
- Are all biblical references correct and are scripture quotations accurately quoted?
- Do they correctly italicize the names of books, magazines, movies and television shows?
